Just to update, i have now found James marriage cert whcih cinfirms his fathers name was James MOORE occupation Wheelwright.
Can anyone help with further information.
I know that James MOORE married on Liverpool 1841, but don't know if the ret of his family remained in Isle of Man or all moved with him.
Any help appreciated
