My family history rumour has it that the aforementioned was born IOM, but I have no concrete info. She died 5 Sep 1886 in Toronto, Canada giving birth to her last 2 children (#6 & #7) who also died a few days later. It is said she was 33 at the time giving her birth date approx 1853. She married Alfred Harold Howard of Liverpool, but I have neither date nor place.

AHH arrived in Toronto in (about) 1876 at the age of 22, but I know not whether she accompanied him and/or was married at the time. I SUSPECT SO.

Their first 3 children were born in Toronto, the first 23 Jun 1877. The 4th child was born in Birkenhead (a suburb of Liverpool?) in 1883. my grandfather was born back in Toronto in 1884.

I realise this is rather sketchy, but it is all I have.
