James Edward Boulter was born in the Isle of Man to Henry and Susan Boulter of Douglas. James took charge of the Highlander Public House, on the Peel Road prior to him dying and being buried in Marown Cemetery in 1932. He had a son called Henry james who was born in 1905. I am still trying to track him down or any relatives.

Information would be apprecaited on this or any of the Boulters on the Island.
