Hello ,

I'm trying to research the the ancestory of my Grandmother CATHERINE JANE CHRISTIAN (b 5/4/1889 at 4 Mona Street Ramsey).

At the time of the 1901 Census she lived at 8 College Street, Ramsey with the rest of the family (birth dates are calculated from the census so could be a year out ).

THOMAS CHRISTIAN (Master Carter) b 1848 (Maughold).
MARGARET (nee) KENNAUGH B 1855 ((Bride)

My Grandmother moved to Birkenhead in Cheshire were she was a cook in some of the large houses. She married my Grandfather Thomas Dodd (I'm guessing in the mid 1920's ) and had two sons John (circa 1927) and my father Alan in 1929.

If any one could help me in my research it would be much appreciated
