Hi,

I am posting to ask if anybody can help me with a problem researching my Great Grandmother Margaret Ann Brew who was born about 1868.

The problem is that over the weekend I have been given information and have found a bit online that gives me 2 possibles for her.

In time, I hope to get a copy birth certificate which I hope will give me her parents names etc, but I was wondering if anybody had any information about her marriage ?.

She married John Albert Corlett ( B 21/07/1868 ) and they had children in the period 1900-07, possibly earlier ?.

The 2 Margaret Brews that I have are,

1 that was called Margaret Ann Brew, aged 1 year old in the census of 1871 , father William Brew, living in Lonan.

The other was Margaret Brew, aged 12 in 1881, father being James Brew, living at 10 James St, Onchan Parish.

I think the only way I will find out which is the correct one will be a birth or marriage certicate ?.

Can anybody offer and advice, information or help?
