Brian: Thanks for the info and list of potential sources. My main concern was, the timeframe recorded on LDS films or if I needed a General Registry search for 8 January 1887. I see a General Registry search is necessary however what FEE do I need to send with my query?? This came about in trying to determine which Philip Moore (there are at least three Phiilip Moore's) married my grand-aunt. I'm sure this can be solved if I can only get the 1887 Marriage Certificate info to determine Philip Moore's parents. With that info, I'll be on track again. The website given has bounced back.
