lOOKING FOR WILLIAM KNEALE's ancesters:
William was a stone mason from Lezayre. He worked building the Rochester aquaduct. William came to Rochester with three other families in 1840: The Tears, the Browns, and the Gillins and resided on 24 Avril avenue.

William went to America to seek his fortune only to return to retreive Hannah much to her parents dismay. The destination was Rochester by way of the Erie Canal. Hannah must have been 7 months pregnant during the voyage.
