I don't know if you are still reading this board but if you did and made any progress with the Cowan family I wonder if you were related at a Jane Cowan. I have the details I have so far for Jane below.

I have just started researching the family of my wife who was Cecilia Walker, the Grand-daughter of Jane Cowan.

Jane Cowan. Born 1873 . Died 20 FEB 1935 Douglas Isle of Man.

She married James Walker. Born 1868 . Died 12 AUG 1952 Dougles Isle of Man. Children of Jane Cowan and James Walker are:

1. William Walker. Born 7 SEP 1911 Dougles, Isle of Man. Died 23 SEP 1970 65 Derby Road, Douglas, Isle of Man.
2. Helen Walker.
3. Thomas Walker.
4. Dorethy Walker.
5. Anthony Walker.
6. Louise Walker.

If you have any information that you could share on this part of her family we would be very grateful.
