Re: Braue, Rushen - placename or what?

Brow could be an Anglicisation of the Manx Broogh meaning a steaply sloping place. This was a ubiquitous element which entered into dialect speech. Any idea of where in Rushen the place was - i.e. was it on the edge of a steeply sloping piece of land?
