Brian, thank you so much. This is the Isabella whom I thought had possibly died young but could not trace her anywhere. I recently bought a subscription to Ancestry . com and picked up this clue by putting her Christian name, year of birth, and place of birth into the 1871 IOM Census, and was amazed to find this link come up. I am really chuffed, and wait till I tell the grandchildren about the "Fat Controller" !!! This is one more line on the Tate family tree. Thanks again.
