The site you gave shows August obits, and July obits can be seen at http://www2.iomtoday.co.uk [without the /bmds/default.asp].

I can look up obits in major newspapers worldwide for Manx-born people over the last 15 years or so for anyone if you can give me full name and a rough date of death. A number of smaller newspapers are also included in the database, but unfortunately not any from the IOM.
