no such entry in IGI - the IGI entries for the name look somewhat spurious to me - I suspect some may be a misreading of the Manx custom of appending the place name of residence (especially for non-parishioners) - eg there are several Ramsey's which on looking at register of form John Black Ramsey which means John Black from Ramsey.
