As Yusser points out there is AFAIK no Lambsfield but Lambfell is in German (map grid ref SC295849 for chapel) - it is an old name (found from 1515 probably from Scandanavian Lambafjall, ‘lamb mountain.' - the area is about 3 miles ENE of Peel and lies on the hill side adjacent to Michael parish in north of German. - plug into search engine for Manxnotebook and you will find many refs including manorial rolls from 1594
