In an effort to cut out spam one filter I have consigns any e-mail message without a subject line to the trash can.

As a rule I do not look at any messages in the trash can before deleting them. At one point today there was only one message waiting and it turned out to be a valid message.

If anyone has sent look-up requests recently and not received an answer maybe you didn't put anything in the subject line.
