Eliza Jane Corlett formerly Martin died 21 Dec 1930. She left a will [Ref: 1931 - 13] in which she mentioned her brother Edward Martin of Smeale.

She stated her son Edwin Christian Martin was never heard of after 1913.

Perhaps I imagined the reference to USA and he may have gone anywhere.

I recall another Edwin Christian who was a mystery. HIs descendants were in Rancho Mirage in the 1980's.
