The easiest is to use [William Proctor] in search engine - this will pull up the Manx Quarterly Memorial Notice (which appears to be very comprehensive - I only wish all were as good as this one) - I usually then link off these pages but obviously plugging Proctor into search engine will pull up all pages which include Proctor - not necessarily as a surname.

The other is to look to see if in my 'persons' index - in this cae he is under Methodists (also in list of mayors of Douglas etc)
