Sacred to the memory of Neptune Blood otherwise Neptune Blood-Smyth of Curra House in the county of Cork Ireland
He died January A.D. 1870 in the 66th year of his age
also in memory of his mother Dorothea Julianna Blood-Smyth alias Ingram wife of Matthew Blood-Smyth of castle Ferquis in the County of Clare
She died at Curra House December A.D. 1849 in the 86th year of her age and is interred at Kilnasoolagh Church in the same County in Ireland

He was the noblest work of God an honest man an affectionate husband and a good father
Hark from the tomb a doleful sound
my ears attend the cry
Ye living men come view the ground
where you must shortly lie
also his daughter Susannah Blood after a long illness which she bore with Christian resignation
She departed this life the 28th November 1821 aged 21 years
Religion fortified her mind
she kissed the chastening rod
and in the hour of death
she praised the gooness of her God
