There are two baptism entries in the Andreas parish registers for sons of John Radcliffe (Barbadoes).
Bapts. Andreas parish register 1676:
“James Ratcliff Son of John Ratcliff of Barbadoes baptized Octr”
Following page has:
“John Ratcliff Barbadoes baptized December 16” [Followed by April 1677]
Clearly there are missing entries.
They appear to be the only references to “John Barbadoes” unless there are some in land records, not found by me.
I don't think that the above bapt is the correct one for James R. who died in 1758.
We know that James's brother John Radcliffe died in 1701 leaving a widow, and 3 children born between 1686-1701. If he had children born at those dates, he is unlikely to have been bapt in 1677. And if he wasn't the son of "John Barbadoes", then his brother James wasn't either.
[The uncles Thomas R. and James R. were guardians and supervisors to John's underage children.]
