You are correct Brian, my mistake. Thank you Barbara I would agree with Idris but not sure of the others.
I can only think that both Hirbert and Caesar were on a ship somewhere. Both had connections with the sea. Caesar was a Harbour Master in Douglas and Hirbert an engineer.
