I am seeking a connection to my Captain William KEWLEY, born October 1819 in London [cannot locate birth record although he lists his birthdate on his Master;s Certification], who married Ann Boyd in St. Johns, Newfoundland. My Great grandmother, William and Ann's daughter, was Jane QUINE KEWLEY, thus there must be a QUINE connection in the IOM. One of Jane's sisters, Annie Boyd KEWLEY visited Onchan, IOM and appeared on one census. I do understand that the KEWLEYs have many generations in the Onchan area and at the church there.
