As some of you know I have a lot of information on Killip people and am happy to pass on whatever I have about your ancestors if it helps.

I am trying to gather all information from records around the world about anyone with the Killip or Killips name and those to whom they were married.

If you come across any fact about a Killip or close relative in your researches, please consider sending me this information to add to the database - even if it is of no use to you in researching your own family, it will be useful to someone somewhere.

Of particular use would be any information gathered whilst searching paper records (military histories, passenger lists, newspaper items, court reports, land records, old directories, trade and professional membership lists etc)as few of these have been indexed or digitised. Please remember to include the source of the reference in sufficient detail to help others if they wish to examine the original record.

I intend to publish the Killip database on the WWW once I am sure that it can not be modified by unauthorised hands.
