I am researching my family history in the IOM area.

John Scott was born in German IOM circa 1805 he married Elizabeth Cannell in Kirk Micheal in 1819. They had two sons that I know of William Scott and Hugh Scott. William married in Ireland in 1847 and his father John is listed as a Publican. Is there a list of Publicans anywhere for the year 1847?

I would be greatful for any help or suggestions
