I'm researching my great grandfather, John Bruce Storey. All I know about him is as follows:

Born in 1874 in Ramsay.

His parents were Robert Walton Storey and Isabella Bruce.

Robert Walton Storey was a Customs Officer and following John Bruces birth the family moved to Tynemouth, Northumberland.

However, I don't know how long after John was born before they moved but it must have been sometime before John Bruce got married (date unknown).

He married a girl called Sarah Softley Henderson who was from Tynemouth and born the same year as John.
