Someone might find this information useful.
I found on the passenger list for the "Hero of Malown"
that left Liverpool on 20 November 1838.
Robert Connelly 30 years- Shoemaker -from IOM -Prodestant and he could Read and write . With him was his wife Mary and two sons Joseph and Benjamin.
Sadly, Robert was the only one of his family to survive the voyage.
Many children died from a measles outbreak.
My William Campbell was also on the voyage. He also lost his baby son to this disease.
