Will transcripts

Glad to help, Chris.
As Barbara said, the primary source for IOM will and decree transcripts is Brian Lawson's website. He firstly compiled the indexes alphabetically from the original index films for the two courts, which made it far easier for people to locate possible wills for their ancestors. You can order the films to view at a local LDS Family History Centre for $6 per film [LDS film numbers are on Brian's index].
The transcripts on Brian's website are sent to him by you and me and [hopefully] everyone who uses his hard work - there are still 1000s left to transcribe, and it would be fantastic if everyone were to join in! It is good fun - the wills are all fascinating.
To answer your specific question, one of the most prolific transcribers is Joyce Oates from the USA, and I have a copy of her transcripts and family history research into dozens of families. That was where I got your ancestor's will from. Many of Joyce's wills transcripts are on Frances Coakley's website [also with a link to them from Brian's].
