I have started to do some research on the Parkes Family. Particularly the children of William (b1871) and Elizabeth (b1871) Parkes. Any additional information on the will be greatly appreciated.

One of their children was called Elizabeth Parkes who is not on the 1901 census for some reason. What I do know is that she married a Tommy Quayle who went on to run a newspaper on the Isle of Man. If you happen to know of him, and have any more information on him I would really appreciate it
