Hello Sue,

I won't pretend to be cleaver or clever in case i'm wrong but;

a William Bridson married Ellen Marshall in Braddan 5 July 1863 and had the following children:-

Thomas William 1863
Robert 1865
James 1866
Eleanor 1868
John Marshall 1871

In 1881 all but Thomas were living at Bigwell St (near the quay} and around the corner from St Barnabas Church where they were christened. Thomas may have been fishing then.
