Actually, this information has been available from the mormon church on CD rom for quite some years at a cost of £29.95. They have a number of other electronic sources of information, but I should point out to all, that the set of CD Roms I bought for the British Isles Vital Records Index (£14.95) covering mariages, births and Christenings contained no (or if there are some, very few) Manx records.
