I am looking for information regarding my maternal grandfather. His name was Frank Bell and was born around 1889 in Rushen on Albert St. He had a sister Margaret and two brothers Arthur and William. Does anyone have any information on this family? I also have a Bessie Radcliffe in my list of relatives. All I know is that her husband was the harbourmaster at Port St.Mary during the 1930's. I'm not sure what the relation is but I would like to find out!
