I'm searching for any information pertaining to my Great Aunt Catherine Shimmin. She was born in 1918 either in England or on the IOM. Her brother, William Frederick Shimmin, was my grandfather and I believe they had several other siblings unfortunately, I do not know their names. In 1997, Catherine moved into a convelescent home in Douglas IOM and passed away in 2000 at the age of 82.
I've tried locating an obituary for Catherine, but have had very little success.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
