Two pictures on this page,marked Ramsey, are of Parliament Street, (Parish of Maughold) although I am not sure if no 12 is there. It could be around the top Raqmsey picture, or further down the street, going away from the photographer. The lower Ramsey has numbering approaching 30. In the archives, there are a number of Ramsey pictures, and the Police Station/Court house, surrounded by pink blossom is of Parliament Square, Parliament Street. Hope this gives you some idea. It is the main shopping street of Ramsey.
