I emailed them yesterday afternoon and have had 2 emails back full of information about where my relative served, what his unit was doing before, during and after he was killed. It's helped me fill in some of the blanks and given me definite avenues of research to follow.
One of the best things about this site, apart from the turnaround time and how good the researchers are is that it's free.
