I use the same codes as used in the Census Indices.
Gbe = England
Gbi = Ireland
Gbw = Wales
Gbs = Scotland
Gbc = Channel Islands
Usa = U.S.A.
In early years the codes give the Parish in which the Will/Decree appears. In later years it indicates the place of Residence at the time of death.
