Bernadette, you will need to get hold of a copy of James Wood's Atlas of 1867
Full title
A NEW ATLAS AND GAZETTER OF THE ISLE OF MAN
Published in 1867 in the Isle of Man.
It describes the Civil and Ecclesiastical boundaries of each parish and the boundaries of the several Baronies, Freeholds and Quarterlands as well as the boundaries of the several farms as they were held in possession in 1867.
It includes a comprehensive reference table showing the name of each proprietor of land in the IOM with the manorial description and extent of land held by the owner.
The Maps are huge and very detailed.
The reference table mentioned above (containing the owners of property as at 1867) has been indexed by EA Barlow and is on microfiche. This microfiche is called "Isle of Man - Index to Property Owners held at 1867." (pub in NZ in 1986)
It is on one fiche and can be purchased from the IOM Family History Society for a reasonable price (let me know if you cannot get a copy and I will direct you to another source) or I am sure is at the IOMFHS Library in Peel or the Manx Museum in Douglas.
Good Hunting.
