My GGGrandfather was born 1834-35 In Castletown, I have been unable to get any info as to his parents. His name was Capt. William Charles Cowell, I have visited his grave in Toxteth Pk. Liverpool. He was a Ship Captain. His son my grandfather came to the USA Raised his family in Evanston Illinois and the Chicago North Shore.
