Could some kind person check the 1881 & 1891 census for this family please Probably in Arbory, but also could be in Douglas.

Elizabeth married ? (poss Edward) Shimmin and had children. Roy, Eric & Lilian
William married ? and had a daughter Dorothy who married ? Cannon.
Stephen is supposed to have emigrated to Canada.

It is believed that a member of this family ran a boarding house in Murrays Road, Douglas in 1940s/1950s period. - possibly the Kelly/Shimmin connection.
