very very little - all the wooden huts were sold off at end of war (ie 1919) - the camp returned to being an agricultural experimental farm - a plague by AngloGerman Soc is on one wall of a building which once formed part of camp.
Normally you can drive in but I'm not sure under current Foot and Mouth restrictions (they may have been raised since I was last on Island in October) though when I passed in Sept I dont recall any keep out notice.
Most of WW1 graves in nearby Kk Patrick were removed in 1967
