I am hoping to contact the relatives of William Cecil Clucas - Douglas, I.O.M.
William Cecil Clucas was born 9 Feb., 1914. My understanding is that he was killed in a tragic motor accident on the Strandway in Douglas. I don't know the date. He left 3 or 4 children. His mother was Sarah Starkey Clucas, born 10 April, 1886 in Ramsey, I.O.M. Her father was William Henry Starkey who died 26 Aug., 1917.
Sarah was Mary Anne Starkey Lyon's sister - who was my great grandmother.
