I haven't been to this site in months. I just happened upon the Gale Family listing with a Crebbin attached to it. My maternal great grandmother's name was Christian Gale, born Christian Crebbin. I would love any information anyone could give me about either family Gale or Crebbin. They lived in New York State, had three children Lemuel, Marguerite, and Greeba. Greeba was my grandmother.
