I am looking for information on Charles Otto Wickert who was listed in the 1881 Census as Master of the Ramsey Grammar School. I am especially interested in the years he was at the Ramsey Grammar School.

I would also like to know if he had any children after the 1881 Census date. I believe that one of my cousins, Agnes Middleton, married one of his sons and I am following the family.
