I'm also trying to trace my ggGrandparents Robert Tear, no inf, married a Margaret Curphey, no inf, they were married in 1829 Ramsey, Isle of man. their daughter Sarah christine Tear B 1/28/1838 Ramsey, Isle of man, died 1881 St. Martin District, Lancaster county, Liverpool, England, she married aMichael Gillon B 1837 Ireland.
I don't know if their could be a connection.
