I believe that on the 1891 census there is a William Craig (junior) married to an Annie and they have a son, Albert. Address: 14 Church Street Peel. I need to know if Annie is Annie Palmer. I want to obtain the marriage certificate of this couple if she is indeed "my Annie". Has anyone any knowledge of this family please..Thanks..Pat
