I am posting this message for Lorne MacDougall of Ottawa, Canada who wrote seeking help with the above Qualtroughs.

He writes:

"I am wondering if any member of the Qualtrough family has any connexions with the QUALTROUGHS Bottle Works/Brewery in Douglas, Isle of Man. They were apparently close relatives of my grandmother's Annie Eliza (or poss. Elizabeth Ann) QUALTROUGH. I would love to learn anything about this company if at all possible. Please pass this on to all the Qualtrough family"

Lorne's grandmother Annie Elizabeth QUALTROUGH (or Elizabeth Ann Q) married William D Eastham and then migrated to Calgary, Canada in about 1912 with their family.
