Re: Tina Reeves nee Corlett

I am afraid there are a good many families of Corletts from the Isle of Man. I doubt if we are related!
Elizabeth Cowley married Thomas Corlett in 1839. They had at least eleven children. My ancestor was their son John James, who married Eunice Eliza Quayle from Lezayre, I-o-M, in Manchester in 1876. They had a son Howard and then my grandmother, Una, in 1881. She married James Ratcliffe in January, 1906. Their first child of four was my mother, Joan, born 8.12.07, married Alan Forsyth in 1939. Her sister, Hazel, was born in 1913 and is still alive. My uncle and younger aunt then my mother died within the last twenty years. I have a son, David, married to Gail with a son, Kieran, and a daughter, Su, married to James.
