My Great Great Grandfather was William KNEEN, born 1813 Isle of Man.  He was a tailor in Liverpool at the time of the 1851 census. He was married to Jane ROWAN born Liverpool 1822. The first of their children was born in Liverpool in 1842.  What I am trying to find out is if William KNEEN born 12 September 1813 Andreas, Isle of Man is my Great Great Grandfather, can anyone help?
