Good Afternoon from Canada

I am attempting to assist my niece with our family tree and we are having difficulty in obtaining information regarding my Grandfather. He was born in Douglas, Isle of Man on July 7, 1884? (he did not have a birth certificate). He emmigrated to Canada and married my Grandmother, Alice Ellen Galloway (born 1901). My Grandmother was born in Miner's Bay, Ontario.

We have been told he may have had half siblings only.
