There was a list of boat owners etc put together by Palmer of Peel City Guardian and reprinted (together with extra info from 1881/1871 censuses) by IoM Fam Hist Soc from which it can be boaught - think it may also be on a Mormon microfilm.

The manx Museum have recently been computerising the record of boat owners etc - this may be searchable but not online
