Lezayre and Sulby village McKneale

Does anyone know if school records from 1871 would exist? I finally made some headway thanks to a long forgotten journal of my g.grandfather, Robert H. Shimmin, who emigrated with it 1875. He had several Sulby addresses listed. I checked the 1871 census and discovered he was living with an uncle, Richard McKneale (McNeil) and was 14 years old and in school. They lived in Ballabrooie near Sulby village, Lezayre. No wife was listed; however, I checked the 1861 census and found Richard McKneale(55) with his wife Catherine(30) and his mother-in-law, Isabelle Shimmin(70). The census said all 3 were born in Castletown. The 1851 census does not show them, but the 1881 census shows only
Richard and Catherine. I assume Isabelle Shimmin had died, and my g.grandfather
left for the U.S and Mt. Carroll, Ill. in 1875. If anyone has any information
on the 4 persons mention here, please!!!! email me at "TShimmin@worldnet.att.net" Thank you. Tony R. Shimmin
