Bill, I believe the Pool Ballroom, that you mentioned is no longer on the prom of Ramsey. It was there for a very long time, my family used to go Dancing/swimming there.
Apparently there is a Plaque on the wall somewhere,in the area, commemorating the place. I'm visiting the I.O.M. soon I will see what there is about the Baths/ Pool/ Dancing Rooms.
