My husband's grandmother was born Dorothy HUSTWICK on March 11, 1902 on the Isle of Man. Her death record in California shows that her mother's maiden name was COSNAHAN. Since Dorothy (+William Donald ORME) gave birth to her first child (William James ORME, b. June 14, 1922) in Quebec, Canada, I'm assuming she immigrated there before coming to California sometime after that date. Her next child was born in Los Angeles County, California, on July 27, 1926.
